Hey, I'm Chloe.
I believe we are all just trying to find the right balance every day as we walk through life. Me included. Between work, a social life, a romantic relationship, multiple mental heath disorders, and keeping hobbies, it adds up to a lot, however, in my free time, you can probably find me in the kitchen, on the yoga mat, reading a self help book, or trying something new to potentially add to my mental health toolbox. Although that seems like a lot of good for myself, it's what I long for at my core; more balance and more peace. And not just for myself, but for everyone. Along with online recipes based in the belief that food is freedom, you will find mental health & spirituality chats sprinkled in with holistic health and wellness tips that I live by.
