This is my all-time favourite pasta recipe. And now it's shared with you and the rest of the world.
Pro-tip: I always freeze the leftovers so I can have just one more bowl, do this by freezing preffered amount in a "freezer-friendly" ziploc bag. When you're ready to eat again, heat water in a saucepan and once boiling, turn off the heat and drop your frozen bag of pasta into the saucepan. Let heat for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy a perfect bowl of pasta just one more time!
