Forgotten Stuffed Pepper Soup

After esentially a whole month of trial and error, a lot of frustration-based tears, and a whole lot of google searching and youtube videos, I finally decided that the best thing for my website, and my mental state going forward is to have all posts in one central hub.
Why it took me so long to come to this simple idea? My only excuse is that the universe blessed me with the power of being a damn good overthinker, lol.
To welcome everyone back I will finally post all the content I promised via my last instagram post, starting with this soup recipe was inspired by 4 near frost-bitten stuffed peppers from Costco that were deemed not good enough, then pushed to the bottom of the freezer. I tossed around the idea of just throwing them out to the wild animals on my property, but ultimately decided it would be a better use of my time, money, and creativity if I pushed myself to make a dish with them.
